Based on your responses to a series of approximately 50 questions, a list of suitable careers is identified.

CV Builder:  The CV builder guides you through the process of creating a first class CV. The wizard has been carefully structured to make it as easy as possible to complete all the necessary information. Employer training videos, on every page, help to understand quickly what hiring managers are looking for; the things to do and not to do. Audio podcasts, written examples and prompts also help you to formulate each section of your CV.

Interview Simulator:  Interviews can be daunting, even for experienced professionals. With our new interview simulator you can take a mock interview where auto-generated questions, designed to mirror the structure of interviews, test you in a time pressured environment. Answers can be recorded in audio and video for review and notes can be quickly downloaded into a preparation pack.

Practice Tests:  Our carefully selected range of 16 personality and aptitude tests simulate standard industry tests such as SHL and Myers Briggs. All the tests can be taken timed or step-by-step. There are no limits to the number of times you can take a test and feedback and results are immediately available online. All responses are saved and you can return at any time to continue, review or retake the tests.

Recruiter Database:  Getting CV’s into the hands of the right recruiters at the right time is vital to ensuring an effective job hunt, with 1,000’s of accurate global recruitment contacts this can now be seamlessly managed from our Career Centre. We have teamed up with eGOLD, the recruitment database specialist to provide their leading service to our clients to enhance their job search.

Action Planner:  The career planner helps you to set out what you want to achieve - setting goals to get there and charting your progress. It guides you through your programme to improve your job seeking or career development outcome. When action needs to be taken the planner reminds you with carefully designed email alerts, encouraging engagement and action.

E-Learning:  200 interactive e-learning courses expertly packaged to build the best mix of business skills. Covering negotiation, presentation, management, leadership, customer service, meeting skills, project management, teamwork, personal development, finance, problem solving, business writing and numeracy.

Newsroom:  The newsroom is the single source for the most up to date, relevant and influential job search and career news. Every week we filter hundreds of articles from the most credible sources around the world and select the very best for inclusion in the newsroom. Each article is around 250 words long and topics range from the best way to leverage LinkedIn, to working with recruiters, impressing interviewers and negotiating pay.
